Shipping policy

At BIBSI, we want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping works:

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

New Zealand: Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days.

Australia: Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days.

Rest of the World: Delivery times vary by location, usually 7–15 business days.
(Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders over a certain amount (check our homepage for details!).

International Orders

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
